The chambers operate on a 3-phase electrical system with a 400VAC, 50Hz supply, include a circuit breaker with 300mA differential protection, and use RV-K electrical cables. They are equipped with RJ45 communication ports.
The chambers offer a temperature range from -75°C to 180°C, with temperature uniformity varying slightly depending on the model. Humidity ranges from 10% to 98% relative humidity, with uniformity and fluctuation controlled according to IEC60068-3-5 standards.
The test space volume ranges from 1411 to 2000 liters, with two shelves included as standard, each capable of supporting up to 50 kg. Additional entry ports and shelves can be added.
The chambers use either air or water-cooled refrigeration systems, with nominal power requirements ranging from 17 kW to 44 kW. Refrigerants used include R449A and R23.
The chambers are constructed with stainless steel interiors and zinc mild steel exteriors. They feature safety thermostats, high/low temperature alarms, and automatic stop functions for security.
The ClimaPlus HMI controller offers a user-friendly interface with programmable settings, real-time monitoring, and remote access capabilities. The FitoLog software suite aids in data management and diagnostics.
Optional accessories include observation windows, additional entry ports, and various testing integrations such as vibration and solar simulation.
