Cleaning Procedure:
  • Time for Cleaning One Mould: First time takes 40 minutes including handling of the mould. Subsequent cleanings take only 5-10 minutes.
  • Consumption of Dry Ice: 10 kgs per mould.
Advantages of Using Dry Ice:
  • Reduces secondary waste.
  • No damage to the moulds.
  • Significantly reduces cleaning time from 30 hours (hand cleaning) to 40 minutes per mould.
