FUNCTION The heated cleaning liquid, a combination of water and an alkaline based detergent, is sprayed onto the items from all directions, via the spray system. This removes dirt and grease effectively. High spray pressure and temperature combined with a large flow of the liquid enhance the mechanical degreasing effect. High temperature also speeds up the drying of the items at the end of the cycle.
