Its horizontal vibratory mechanism provides balance so top heavy components can be processed without falling. Cutting is performed by a true shear action between a serrated rotating cutting disc which grasps the leads, and a reaction blade which delivers a clean precise cut. Cut length is easily adjustable using a knob and a built-in scale. Processing speeds of up to 3,000 cph are typical.
