Overview
The CTUS Series is a high-capacity, low-profile bending ring/ring torsion load cell designed for applications such as silos and weighbridges. It is also suitable for force measurement in confined spaces requiring high accuracy, like press calibration. The load cell is constructed from robust stainless steel and sealed to IP68 standards, ensuring durability and environmental protection.

Specifications
- Capacities range from 5,000 to 50,000 kg.
- Rated output is 2.0 mV/V with a total error of less than 0.02% for capacities up to 50,000 kg.
- Operating temperature range is from -30°C to +70°C, with a compensated range from -10°C to +40°C.
- Safe overload capacity is 150% of rated capacity, with an ultimate overload of 300%.
- Input impedance is 1065 ± 50 Ohms, and output impedance is 1000 Ohms nominal.
- The load cell features a 6-wire polyurethane, double-screened cable with lengths varying by capacity.

- The CTUS load cell includes a sense wire facility for enhanced accuracy by compensating for changes in lead resistance due to temperature fluctuations or cable extension.
- It is OIML R60 approved and offers an optional ATEX version for intrinsically safe environments.
