These PTFE particles pack the joint to fill thread imperfections and provide leak-proof joints that seal for the life of the connection and also allow the joint to be easily disassembled years latter. ® SLICKON GTS GOLD™ is engineered and tested on an annual basis to be fully compatible with ® ® ® BlazeMaster , FlowGuard Gold , and Corzan advanced composite piping systems. ® SLICKON GTS GOLD™ is recommended for pipe threads carrying water, steam, glycol anti freeze, LP and natural gas, refrigerants, solvents, caustics, dilute acids, oils, and diesel fuel.
