Overview
The ANSUL® Inert Gas System 300 (IGS-300) by Johnson Controls is designed for effective fire suppression in buildings with valuable assets. It uses clean agents INERGEN® or IG-55 to extinguish fires with minimal discharge turbulence, protecting sensitive equipment.

Enhanced Regulated Flow Technology
The system operates at a nominal 60 bar from a centralized bank of 300 bar containers, reducing pressure spikes and offering benefits such as optimized pipe scheduling, reduced vent size requirements, and minimized discharge turbulence.

Design Flexibility
IGS-300 supports custom layouts with up to four rows of containers and extended pipe runs, allowing for efficient space utilization and protection of larger volumes. It includes personalized design support and improved flow calculation software.

Sound Attenuation
Acoustic nozzles can be integrated to maintain sound-sensitive environments, protecting equipment like Hard Disk Drives by attenuating sound during discharge.

Cost-Effectiveness
The system reduces material and labor costs through lower pipe scheduling, smaller pipe diameters, and reduced vent size requirements, facilitating quicker installation and service.

Global Recognition and Compliance
IGS-300 is UL/ULC Listed, FM Approved, and can be designed according to NFPA 2001 & ISO 14520 standards.

Simplified System Complexity
The system features user-friendly actuation options, including a UL listed/FM approved electrical actuator and master-subordinate container actuation, allowing operation of up to 85 containers without a pilot container.

Streamlined Container Assembly
Features include a high-pressure container with a pressure differential valve, a removable pressure gauge, and a standardized transportation cap.
