To meet stringent environmental regulations, Ansaldo turbines with Hybryd Burner systems achieve NOx emissions below 50 mg/Nm3 and CO emissions below 30 mg/Nm3. The VeLoNOx™ system further reduces NOx emissions to below 30 mg/Nm3.
Ansaldo provides comprehensive services, including erection, start-up, testing, maintenance, and training, ensuring optimal operation and customer support worldwide.
Significant investments have been made in technology and facilities to increase production capacity from 18 to 28 turbines per year, ensuring control over the entire manufacturing process.
The control system features double redundancy, modular architecture, and extensive diagnostic capabilities. It supports automatic operation and integrates with both simple and combined cycle applications.
Ansaldo supplies combined cycles with AE64.3A, AE94.2, and AE94.3A turbines, offering configurations that meet various customer needs for flexibility, reliability, and efficiency. Performance metrics include net plant heat rate, efficiency, and power output.
