iKon-M X-Ray 2 - 1

Highlights • ‘Silent' noise floor • Deep TE cooling • High-QE sensor options • Up to 2.5MHz readout • 1024 x 1024 array format • 13.3mm x 13.3mm sensor • 16-bit digitization • External trigger flexibility • DO ‘vacuum-mountable' variant • DY ‘stand-alone' variant • USB 2.0 Applications • Soft X-ray imaging • Lithography • X-ray microscopy • Beam profilometry • Plasma diagnostics iKon-M Family of ultra-low noise CCDs of direct X-ray detection Andor's iKon-M X-ray CCD cameras are designed to offer high-performance solutions to your direct detection X-ray needs, and come in two variants: DO and DY. The DO variant interfaces easily with vacuum chambers, whereas the DY variant is a ‘stand-alone' camera with beryllium input window. The systems offer very low read noise floor, high QE across the X-ray, XUV and EUV range, and boast negligible dark current with thermoelectric cooling to as low as -100°C. The 1024 x 1024 array with 13 pm square pixels provides both high resolution and high dynamic range. iKon-M combines kHz readout for lowest noise floor and multi-MHz readout for faster frame rates, all through a convenient USB 2.0 interface. www.andor.com discover new ways of seeing™
