Materials and Compliance
The products are made from materials with hardness ranging from 30 to 75 Shore. They conform to DIN 32676 and BS 4825 standards, with sizes ranging from DN 100 to DN 300. Standard materials include FDA-compliant white and black EPDM and Viton, with options for FDA-approved Silicone, FFKM, or FFPM elastomers for aggressive duties. Conductive black variants are available for EX-zone requirements.

Applications
Compensators and bellows are primarily used for final connections between transfer chutes and process equipment. They provide flexibility to eliminate misalignment issues and ensure effective WIP/CIP without disassembly.

Manufacturing and Quality
Andocksysteme maintains high manufacturing standards, offering a complete range of injection mold tooling for various lengths and thicknesses. The internal diameter of compensators is designed to match process chutes, preventing crevices or ledges.

Connection Options
All bellows and compensators are typically fitted with a bellow flange, which can connect directly to the customer's flange or a TRI-Clamp adapter.
