DEPENDABLE PERFORMANCE AND LONG LASTING METAL FABRICATIONS STRESS RELIEVING • Both thermal and vibratory methods are applied in-house • Annealing oven with maximum load dimensions of 8Œ x10Œ x 30Œ in length (2,000mm x 2,500mm x 7,600mm) FINISHING • All material is either shotblasted in a continuous feed blast unit with 16 x 70 (405mm x 1780mm) entry gate or sand-blasted after fl ame cutting before assembly and welding • Shot-blasting and sandblasting both remove all mill scale and rust and gives an ideal surface fi nish for paint adhesion • Final painting is available in-house upon request...
