Overview of Sealtite CNP Conduits

Sealtite CNP conduits are all-plastic, nylon-reinforced PVC conduits designed for robust, abrasion-resistant applications. They are UL and CSA approved (type A) and suitable for heavy-duty environments with frequent movement. Typical applications include rail signaling systems, trains, paper industry, steelworks, and food industry installations, especially for export outside Europe.

Material and Construction

• Core: Thick smooth thermoplastic PVC compound.
• Reinforcement: Braided nylon.
• Cover: Thick smooth thermoplastic PVC compound, lead-free (RoHS compliant), nylon reinforced, smooth inside and outside.
• Properties: Sunlight and UV resistant, oil and grease resistant, suitable for outdoor installation.

Temperature Range

• Standard: -20 °C to +60 °C, intermittent up to +80 °C.
• CSA: -18 °C to +75 °C.
