Product catalog summary
Overview: The ATI Model Q45C2 is a 2-Electrode Resistivity Transmitter designed for accurate low-level measurements in high-purity water systems. It features a large LCD display for easy reading and can display measurements in either resistivity (Meg-ohm) or conductivity (microSiemens) units.
Specifications: The transmitter supports continuous measurements from 0-20 to 0-2,000 microSiemens using 2-Electrode conductivity sensors with low cell constants. It is suitable for ultra-pure water and non-fouling applications, with various mounting configurations available, including 316SS compression fittings and sanitary-style options.
Applications: The Q45C2 is applicable in reverse osmosis systems, deionization systems, boiler feed water, return condensate, pharmaceutical water, semiconductor water, and desalination systems.
Features: Key features include loop-powered or battery operation, external 5-17 VDC version for solar power, acceptance of 0.05, 0.5, or 1.0K cell constant sensors, titanium or 316SS electrodes for corrosion resistance, and a NEMA 4X (IP-66) enclosure. It also includes a built-in PID controller and a clear, menu-driven user interface.
Sensor Options: Available sensor styles include in-line, sanitary-style, and submersion sensors. The sensors are equipped with titanium or 316SS electrodes and are designed for various environmental conditions.
Ordering Information: The product can be customized with different power options, sensor styles, and cable lengths. Accessories such as junction boxes, sensor cables, and conductivity standards are also available.
Technical Specifications: The electronic monitor features a display range for conductivity and resistivity, with high accuracy, repeatability, and sensitivity. It supports various power configurations and analog outputs, with a robust enclosure and mounting options. The sensor specifications include a temperature range of -10 to 125°C and a pressure range of 0 to 100 psig.

Monitors provide large, easy-to-read LCD displays with a second display line for indication of temperature or other operational information. For those applications where results in resistivity units are preferred, Q45C2 monitors can be programmed to display readings in Meg-ohm units instead of microSiemens. The monitor employs 2-Electrode conductivity sensors with low cell constants to provide continuous measurements from 0-20 to 0-2,000 microSiemens. The 2-Electrode sensors are specifically designed for use in ultra-pure water and nonfouling applications. The sensors are available in several mounting configurations including 316SS compression fittings or sanitary-style. These sensors may also be mounted submersion-style or in a hot-tap configuration.
