TEX & TEPO Series Heads
AMUT offers TEX & TEPO series heads with spiral distributors for extruding PE, PP, and PA pipes. The material flow is distributed through helicoidal channels, forming an annular section that minimizes the impact of welding beads on pipe quality.

TEPO N Series
Designed for high outputs, TEPO N series heads reduce pressure and eliminate residual tensions at high rates. This is achieved by increasing flow channel sections, sloping radial feeding channels, and extending the stretching zone.

TEX Series for Large Diameter Pipes
For large diameter and thick PE pipes, TEX series heads include a thermocontrolled cooling system to increase melt viscosity and reduce material accumulation due to hydrostatic thrust.

CR Version for Co-extrusion
The TEX & TEPO heads in the CR version feature a co-extrusion device for colored identification stripes, allowing stripe execution on all pipe diameters without tool changes. The flow for co-extrusion of longitudinal stripes is symmetrically distributed, ensuring uniform stripe dimensions.

Small Pipe Extrusion
For small pipes where extrusion speed limits production, AMUT offers twin-outlet heads with spiral distributors.
