- Storage and Feeding: Ensures consistent material flow.
- Film Precut and Sieving: Prepares the material for further processing.
- Manual Control: Allows for quality checks and adjustments.
- Decantation: Separates materials based on density.
- Water Treatment: Manages water usage and recycling, with 70-80% of water being recirculated.
- Shredding: Reduces material size for easier processing.
- High Friction Washing: A patented process that cleans flakes by removing foreign substances, labels, and glue through intense friction and water streams.
- Wet Grinding: Provides intensive pre-washing of materials.
- Centrifugation, Rinsing, and Drying: Further cleans and dries the material.
- Agglomeration: Densifies the material for easier handling.
- Extrusion: Final stage where material is pelletized for reuse.
Additional Features
The system includes silos for storing HDPE and LDPE flakes, a crammer feeder for forced feeding, and a big-bag filling station for easy material handling.
