SWINGFILE 2000 Das Feilwerkzeug SWINGFILE 2000 eignet sich zum Entfernen von Graten, speziell in schmalen Schlitzen und Nuten an Werkstücken aus metallischen und nichtmetallischen Werkstoffen. Auch für das Verputzen von Aluminium-Druckgussteilen ist dieses Werkzeug bestens geeignet. Es kann in jeder beliebigen Lage eingesetzt werden. Die Feilspitze ist in zwei Richtungen auslenkbar, wobei die notwendige Anpresskraft auf die Werkstückkante vom Roboterprogramm variiert werden kann. Das Feilwerkzeug kann entweder am Roboterarm oder stationär an einem Werkzeugständer (Toolstand) angebaut werden. Sollen diese Werkzeuge am Roboter automatisch gewechselt werden, so steht ein WerkzeugWechselsystem (Changing System) zur Verfügung. Es können handelsübliche Feileinsätze verwendet werden.
