DIREKTÖLER DIRECTOILER Der Direktöler ist im Prinzip eine pneumatisch betätigte Kolbenpumpe, die Schmierstoff in kleinen dosierten Mengen abgibt. Er wird hauptsächlich zur dosierten Beölung von Druckluft eingesetzt. Der Schmierstoff wird aus einem direkt an den Direktöler angeschlossenen Behälter angesaugt und über eine Leitung dem Mischventil zugeführt. Die Schmierstoffabgabe erfolgt erst in dem Augenblick, wenn das Servoteil der Pumpe mit Druckluft beaufschlagt wird. Die abgegebene Schmierstoffmenge kann an der Einstellhülse des Direktölers genau eingestellt werden. Schmierstellen (Luftmotoren) in grösseren Entfernungen können gezielt geölt werden. Es stehen Direktöler mit 1 oder 3 Ausgängen zur verfügung. Je nach Anzahl der Schmierstellen (Luftmotoren) muss entsprechend kombiniert werden. In principle, the Directoiler is an air-operated piston pump that supplies small controlled amounts of lubricant. The Directoiler is used for controlled oiling of compressed air. The lubricant will be sucked in from a container directly connected to the Directoiler and will be supplied via a line to the mixing valve. The lubricant is dispensed only in the moment when the servo section of the pump is pressurised with compressed air. The amount of lubricant to be dispensed can be set precisely at the adjusting bushes of the direct oiler. Lubrication points (air motors) of large distances can be selectively oiled.
