In contrast to “normal” asphalt mixing plants, the mixer is situated centrally beneath the recycling section of the mixing tower. The advantage: no horizontal conveying of reclaimed asphalt. Optimised mixing process The HRT concept supports the independent feed of both hot and cold reclaimed asphalt, which in turn means that fine-ground components can be processed separately.
