Road Paver Wheeled AFW 270 E/G The machine of this class has been designed for the use, mainly, in small and narrow sites where its compact dimensions, the manoeuvrability and a very good traction are the typical requirements a contractor needs for this kind of jobs. The traction on wheels allows a good transfer speed on the road reducing idle times. Applications squares and courtyards small building lots footpaths cycle tracks trenches closure urban centres municipal roads and small parking areas rollers move in sequence with the hoppers. Man on board operations from one adjustable seat that can slide left and right. The dashboard is adjustable to the seat position to allow easy operations. Ground controls with anti-vandal guards for the road operator. Foldable canopy with rear supports to ensure good visibility. The machine has three axles: front, two axles for steering and rear, axle for traction. The rear axle is fitted with large pneumatic tyres so that the machine can be driven also on soft grounds. The actual version is equipped with four wheel drive traction as a standard. The steering system with a hydraulic pump gives a smooth control when turning. The hoppers are independently controlled by an electric-hydraulic system. The front pushing Feeding of material The feeding system of the material is carried out by two independent and reverse chain belt conveyors and augers controlled by paddle microswitches that regulate the flow of material to the screed in order to maintain the most effective distribution of material in any condition. The height of the auger group is electrichydraulically adjustable. Screed options The FSV 270 E/G is a vibrating screed with gas or electric heating, automatic lighting and temperature control, ISR system (Screed Assist) with pressure adjustment.
