ELBA Weighing Conveyor Belt
The conveyor belt is constructed with a steel profile frame and features a drive drum made of concrete polymer. It includes a tension drum with roller bearings and a tension device. The belt is supported by stations mounted every 0.3 m and lower roller stations approximately every 1.75 m. The belt is endless, vulcanized, and covered with EP 400/3, 4+2mm rubber. Safety features include lateral safety cords with emergency stops and protection devices compliant with European safety standards. The electrical drive is energy-efficient, adhering to the European EUP Directive 2005/32/EC.

Dimensions and Specifications
Each RD 20 compartment has a volume of 20 cbm with specific dimensions provided for different models (2400 and 3000). The RD 20 series offers various configurations with total volumes ranging from 40 to 120 cbm, and different lengths, widths, and heights. The weighing belt length and belt drive specifications vary across models.
