Complete Operator: The coil is attached to the plunger guide tube with a knurled nut, allowing easy changes without disrupting the pneumatic circuit. The armature assembly can be mounted via a threaded version (M12x0.5) or a flange mounting version. Amisco does not supply the mounting plate. Alterations to valve body dimensions may affect performance.
Solenoid Systems: Designed for 2/2 and 3/2 way normally closed and open valves, with various terminal options and power ratings. Working pressure ranges from 0-10 bar, depending on configuration. Voltage tolerance is ±10%, with a temperature range of –20°C to +50°C and a 100% duty cycle. Standard voltages include 24-110-230 VAC and 12-24 VDC, with other voltages available on request.
Coil Coding Specification: Includes details on coil boring, electrical connection types, nominal voltage, winding code, special features, marking, and supply current options.

The coil is fastened to the plungerguide tube by means of a knurled nut for ease of change over without interrupting the pneumatic circuit. The armature assy is fixed to the valve body either by means of a M12x0.5 thread (thread version) or by a mounting plate with screws (flange mounting version). Amisco doesnt supply the plate. The suggested interface dimensions of the valve body are shown below. Any change to the prescribed dimensions can effect the performances of the solenoid operator. > THREAD VERSIONFLANGE VERSION Plunger and core are made by a magnetic stainless steel specially designed for solenoid applications. The guide tube is made with brass (stainless steel is possi- ble upon special agreement). The plunger is normally equipped with NBR rubber seals.
