Product catalog summary
Overview: The EVI7 S8 system by AMISCO is a comprehensive range of solenoid operators specifically designed for pneumatic valves. The system features solenoids with an 8 mm guide tube diameter and a 7 mm plunger diameter, optimized for use with air. For applications involving other media, consultation with AMISCO is recommended.
Coil Specifications: The coils are available in various sizes and are constructed with heat-resistant bobbins made from 30% glass-filled thermoplastic polyester. They use class H wire rated at 200°C and are encapsulated in high-quality glass-filled nylon. Coils are rated to class F and IP 65 with a connector, adhering to EN 60204.1 and VDE 0580 standards. Special materials and configurations are available upon request.
Armature Assembly: The armature assembly consists of a plunger and core made from magnetic stainless steel, with a brass guide tube (stainless steel optional). Standard seals are NBR rubber, with alternatives like Viton available. The assembly is designed for over 1 million cycles.
Complete Operator: The coil is attached to the plunger guide tube using a knurled nut, allowing for easy changes without disrupting the pneumatic circuit. The armature assembly is secured to the valve body with an M12x0.5 thread. Deviations from specified dimensions may affect performance.
Solenoid Systems: Designed for 3/2 way normally closed and open valves, with various power ratings and temperature rise specifications. The system supports both DC and AC power, with standard voltages of 24, 110, and 230 VAC, and 12, 24 VDC. Voltage tolerance is ±10%, and the duty cycle is 100%.
Electrical Termination: Options include AMP 6.3x0.8 and DIN 43650A terminals, with specific power ratings and temperature rise characteristics for each.
Orifice and Pressure Specifications: The system supports different inlet and exhaust orifice sizes, with working pressures ranging from 0-10 bar for normally closed configurations and 0-6 to 0-10 bar for normally open configurations.
Coil Coding and Features: Coils are coded based on boring size, type, electrical connection, nominal voltage, winding code, and special features. Customization options include different molding materials, colors, and customer-specific markings.
Fastening and Seals: Fastening options include plastic and aluminum knurled nuts, with a maximum tightening torque of 0.6 Nm. Seal materials include low-temperature NBR, EPDM, Viton, NBR, and Neoprene.
Applications: The system is suitable for various configurations, including 3/2 NC, 3/2 NO, and 3/2 operator setups.
