Construction Materials: The filter housing and lid are made of epoxy-coated carbon steel, with stainless steel 316 available on request. The screens and cleaning mechanism are also made of stainless steel 316.

Filtration Process: Raw water enters through the inlet, passes through a coarse screen, and then a fine screen where dirt particles are trapped. A pressure differential switch initiates the cleaning process when a pre-set value is reached.

Self-Cleaning Process: The cleaning is performed by a suction scanner that vacuums the filter cake from the screen. This process takes 15-40 seconds, during which filtered water continues to flow.

Control System: The system is operated and monitored by a PLC, offering flexibility and integration with central control systems.

Adaptability: The SAF 6000 can be customized for special applications with different linings, coatings, and pressure ratings.
