The CEM Humox analyzer measures moisture and oxygen content in flue gas using two sensors (one for dry and one for wet samples) and a Series 2000 control unit. It helps in emissions correction, product quality assurance, and minimizing stack corrosion.

These analyzers are remotely located from the sample point and can handle samples delivered through heated lines or cooled to remove moisture. They use zirconium oxide (ZrO2) for measurement.

• Sensor Specs: Operating range for O2 is 0.1% to 100%, and for moisture, 5% to 85% by volume. Accuracy for O2 is ±0.75% of reading or ±0.05% absolute, and for moisture, ±3% of reading or ±1% absolute.
