Newage® Pocket Brinell Scope Specification Sheet The Newage® 35-450 Series Brinell Scope features a calibrated reticle in a flat field optical system. This economical instrument accurately measures the indentation diameter from any Brinell hardness tester. The model 35-450 is a compact, portable reader with a fixed 20X focus. Its illumination system uses an incandescent flashlight for lillumination. The flashlight is powered with a single AAA battery, included with the instrument. The reticle is calibrated in 0.1mm units over a range of 6mm. The field of vision is 7mm.
