PROSAMPLER AUTOMATIC IN-LINE LIQUID SAMPLING VALVE FEATURES & BENEFITS ProSpect Analytical Technology’s Near Infrared (NIR) In-Line Analyzers deliver continuous analysis and control of process systems. Utilizing NIR transmission spectroscopy, ProSpect’s analyzers work within existing process systems to provide accurate and efficient organic constituent predictions every 20-30 seconds during production. The ProSampler gives processors an easy and efficient way to capture a sample of the product that has just been analyzed for laboratory testing. Simply insert the sample container into the ProSampler dock and press the button. The sample flows into the container while a corresponding label is printed. Affix the identification label to the sample container and it is ready to go to the lab. The ProSampler coordinates in-line real time NIR analysis and the sampling procedure for liquids and slurries, linking the spectroscopic data with the actual sample to ensure the highest levels of accuracy. The ProSampler assembly includes a GEA VARIVENT® sampling valve, pneumatic control components and operating software available for 2”, 3” and 4” pipelines.
