Product catalog summary
Reading Accuracy
Our gauges are defined by their accuracy as a percentage of the reading. For instance, a gauge with 0.1% accuracy at 100 psi is accurate to ±0.1 psi. At 50 psi, the accuracy improves to ±0.05 psi, allowing one gauge to replace multiple standard gauges.
Temperature Compensation
Active temperature compensation corrects sensor errors due to temperature changes within -20 to 50°C. This prevents additional errors from overwhelming basic specifications at common working temperatures.
Floating Ball Testers
Our pneumatic testers feature a frictionless floating ball and weights, supported by a thin air film, eliminating the need to rotate weights during testing and focusing on calibration.
Self-Regulating Design
The built-in flow regulator adjusts air flow to maintain the floating position of the ball and weights, compensating for air supply pressure variations. Users can add or remove weights to achieve target pressure.
Leak-free Seal
Our patented CPF fitting design ensures a leak-free seal up to 10,000 psi (or 700 bar/100 MPa) with finger-tightening. A self-venting weep hole enhances safety by alerting users to leaks before disconnection.

Pressure Calibrator Overview - Selection Guide-1

PKII Series Floating Ball Testers While in operation, our pneumatic tester's ball and weights float freely, which is virtually frictionless, supported only by a thin film of air. This eliminates the necessity to rotate the weights during testing and allows the user to concentrate on the instrument calibration. Self-Regulating Design The instrument's built-in flow regulator automatically adjusts the input air flow to maintain the ball and weights in a float position. The regulator also compensates for variations in pressure from the air supply. Simply add or remove weights to generate your target pressure. Leak-free Seal up to 10 000 psi Our patented CPF fitting design maintains a leak-free seal up to 10 000 psi, with only finger-tightening. Improve safety with a self-venting weep hole, which alerts you, by leaking gas or test fluid, before you fully disconnect from a pressurized system. Each of our products either includes CPF fittings as standard, or can be adap
