Overview
The SpiralVeyor Nested-configuration by AmbaFlex is a compact and flexible spiral conveying solution designed to accommodate two product flows within the floor space of one. It is particularly suited for low-height products, offering solutions for elevation or buffering.

Design and Features
The Nested-configuration utilizes a multi-track spiral design, allowing multiple tracks to wind around a single vertical axle. This design enables tracks to run above each other rather than side by side, making it ideal for low-height products. Each track operates independently with its own gear motor, maintenance access, and end rollers.

In/Outfeed Configurations
The system offers a limited number of standard in/outfeed configurations, with custom configurations available upon request.

Product Height Limitations
The clear product height is restricted due to the nested design. To estimate the clear product height, subtract 140 mm from the standard clear product height of a non-nested spiral configuration and divide by two. This configuration is commonly used for low-height cartons in the packaging industry.

Spiral Range and Availability
The Nested-configuration is available on most SpiralVeyor platforms and types, with specific belt widths ranging from 100 mm to 600 mm. However, it is not available for the SVe, SVo, and SVm models.
