TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS : Horizontal cylindrical tank, single wall built in carbon steel sheet UNI-EN 10025, fitted with support, saddles and anti roll base, posts for empty tank lifting, grounding connections in AISI 304, externally treaed with the following system: acid clearing, one coat of primer with a finish coat of an environmental friendly water based paint. Diesel Tank is equipped with : • Flanged manhole diam. 0 420 mm., complete with : • 3" tank loading port fitted with brass quick coupling.; • Homologated overfill shut-off prevention valve acting at 95% tank capacity; • 1"% (2") vent pipe fitted with flame-arrestor terminal; • Mechanical floating level sensor with analogue clock dial; • 1" spare port; • Lifting lugs for empty tank handling; • 1" suction line with ball valve, in line check valve VRL calibrated at 0,2 bar and SS galvanized pipe to dispenser unit; • 1" draining with dust cap. Diesel Tank are fitted with homologated devices and are CE marked. CONTAINMENT BASIN : self sustaining metallic containment basin with capacity equal to 50% of the tank capacity, fitted with support skid suitable for positioning on every kind of ground, internal supports for tank, grounding connections and bottom drainage point with cap. PROTECTION ROOF : Built with a robust self-supporting frame in galvanized steel, with top cover in corrugated galvanized sheet and supports to enable it to be easily fixed to the base. DISPENSER UNIT : DIESEL TANK - can be fitted with pumping and refuelling system to suit the customer requirements. Such systems range from basic version for light duty and/or private use up to heavy duty industrial dispenser with different configurations/flow rates (40^130 l/min). Dispensing unit can be enclosed in a cabinet when a high protection from weather conditions and/or other requirements are required. required, an electronic monitoring system can be used for greater security.
