DT BG Containerized Storage and Dispensing System Containerized Diesel Tanks BC/G is a combined system suitable for the storage and dispensing of diesel fuel fitted in ISO size box container. The containerized solution is particularly advantageous when a high protection from weather conditions is required (remote location, construction yards) whilst ensuring easy handling and an increased safety level. The systems are available with capacity ranging from 1500 l to 30.000 l and can be fitted with various optional according to the client's specific require-ments. A version with storage compartment for lubricants is also available on re-quest. TECHNICAL FEATURES - Container ISO dimension painted with a two pack corrosion resistant coating; - Double door at front fitted with louvers; - Frame in cold-formed steel profiles, with upper and lower corner castings; - Walls and roof in trapezoidal electro-welded steel sheet; - High bearing flooring in welded sheet plates; - Aluminium porthole with gas struts, in correspondence of tank manhole; - Self sustaining metallic containment basin with capacity equal to 50 % (110% on request) of the tank capacity, fitted with tank support skid; -Horizontal cylindrical single wall (or double wall) tank designed and manu-factured according to EN 12285-2 standard, equipped with: - Supporting saddles; - Flanged Manhole; - Tank loading port fitted with quick coupling; - Overfill prevention valve; - Suction line fitted with ball valve and check valve. - Vent pipe fitted with flame-arrestor terminal; - Pneumatic level sensor with analogue clock dial; - Aluminium dipstick with holder and dust cap; - Auxiliary connection; - Electrical system including IP 55 control panel, lighting and grounding system in accordance with European Standards; - Fuel dispenser unit available in various configurations and flow rates: - AMA standard refuelling cabinet, flow rate 50 l/min, including single phase self priming pump, nutating-disk meter, 4m refuelling hose and automatic nozzle; - Private use fuel dispenser, flow rate up to 90 l/min; - Heavy duty industrial fuel dispenser, flow rate up to 130 l/min.
