Technical Specifications
The ALmatic series includes semi-automatic labellers designed for applying self-adhesive labels to bottles, jars, and containers made of plastic, glass, or metal. The system operates on a power supply of 240 V 50 Hz and can accommodate label rolls with a diameter of up to 300 mm. The maximum width for labels is 200 mm with the ALstep head and 300 mm with the ALritma head. Optional features include a hot foil printing group and a product counting system.

Product Models
The ALmatic series consists of two models:

• ALmatic C: Equipped with powered rollers, suitable for cylindrical products with diameters ranging from 12 to 110 mm.
• ALmatic E: Designed for flat or elliptical products, featuring an encoder unit that adjusts the label dispensing speed to match the manual movement of the cart.

System Features
The labelling systems can be fitted with either ALstep or ALritma labelling heads, allowing for the integration of various electronic functions and compatible accessories. The ALstep S or M models can include a piece counter and a thermal transfer printing kit for variable data. The robust base, ergonomic design, and sliding ball guides ensure precise labelling and facilitate manual product positioning. The labelling head can also be adapted for use in faster automatic systems.

Applications
