Pleiade® polymeric membranesTechnical data sheet ©RELIS ALS'/S Group ^ Long-time proven membranes PLEIADE® modules consist of flat-sheet PAN or PVDF membranes installed on plates. Each module includes from 20 to 250 plates. Each plate has 0.35 m2. The membrane pore size is from 30 nm (~150 kDa) to 200 nm. Alternative pore size possible on demand. The module operates in cross-flow mode with open channel (liquid path without spacer). Liquid path thickness of 1.65 mm or 3 mm. ^ Experiences of ALSYS in the field of polymeric membranes technology ^What makes PLEIADE® unique? ^ Flexible membrane surface from 7 m2 to 88 m2 ^ Easy maintenance: all membranes are accessible from ground level and can be individually isolated for troubleshooting ^ Long-time proven polymeric membranes ^ Designed for robust batch or continuous operations: open channel (liquid path without spacer) with large thickness ^ High durability: membrane is clipped on a polypropylene plate. Plates are separated by nitrile seals. Frame is made of stainless steel PLEIADE® polymeric membranes • Fabric-backed polymer • Pore size: from 30 nm to 200 nm.
