- Temperature Resistance: Up to 150°C.
- Pressure: Maximum TransMembrane Pressure of 10 bar.
- pH Range: 0 to 14.
- Materials: Membranes made from ceramic oxides (ZrO2, TiO2, Al2O3); housings available in steel, fiberglass, or plastic; gaskets made from NBR, EPDM, FPM, or silicone.
- High mechanical and thermal resistance, suitable for extreme environments.
- Durable with flexible membrane surface areas ranging from 0.16 m² to 69 m² per module.
- Reliable filtration performance with high oil and turbidity tolerance.
- Used in water recycling, oil and gas, chemical production, and food processing.
- Effective in treating industrial and domestic wastewater, and in bioreactor treatments.
- Membrane Geometry: Multichannel tubular with support materials of TiO2 and Al2O3.
- Membrane Pore Sizes: Microfiltration (1.0µm to 0.1µm), Ultrafiltration (300 kD to 8 kD), Nanofiltration (5 kD to 1 kD).
- Module Configurations: Available in various configurations with different numbers of membranes per module, affecting the membrane area.
- Unaffected by solvents and radiation.
- Can be sterilized at 121°C and with oxidizing agents.
