The system includes particle filtering, pressure control and flow control to condition the sample for presentation to the moisture sensor, which is incorporated into the system. It can either be configured so that the pressure is reduced upstream of the sensor for measuring atmospheric pressure dewpoint or moisture concentration (SS-TEG model), or so that the pressure is reduced downstream of the sensor for disposal after measuring the dewpoint at sample pressure (SS-NGH-P model). Standard Recommended Dewpoint Hygrometers for use with SS-TEG Sample System DS1200-AMT-Ex intrinsically safe standard dewpoint hygrometer can be used with the SS-TEG sample systems. This hygrometer incorporates a 4-20mA transmitter with various ranges available between -110 °C to +20 °C Td. The AMT-Ex has an Automatic Calibration (AutoCal) function as standard.
