Model MG10 Moisture Generator Model MG10 Moisture Generator is a single stage proportional mixing system with a reference hygrometer positioned in parallel with the outlet flow. The proportional mixing of ‘dry’ and ‘wet’ gas is controlled through precision rotameters. The reference hygrometer is an Alpha Moisture Systems advanced dewSMART sensor with a DSP display offering moisture readout in °C, °F dewpoint, ppm(V), g/m3 or lb/MMSCF. Easy to use Portable and Rugged Built with only high quality components for long life usage Reference instrument power is supplied from 6 x ‘C’ size alkaline batteries. The unit comprises:: • Transportable cabinet with integral carrying handles. • Integral hygrometer with sensor mounted in a desiccant head for rapid response. • Sensor Type: DDHS dewSMART digital sensor • Measuring Range: -80°C to +20°C dewpoint or equivalent • Engineering Units: °C, °F, ppmv, ppbv, ppmw, g/m3, lb/MMSCF • Operating Temperature Range: -10°C to +50°C • Dry air or nitrogen inlet with Swagelok compression fitting, tube size to be specified. • Stainless steel pressure regulator and pressure gauge to control saturator pressure at 4 barg • 2-pressure moisture generator (not temperature controlled) • Water filling port • Visual water level indicator and drain valve. • 3 Flowmeters with flow control valves for blending of gas streams. • Outlet to instruments under test with Swagelok compression fitting, tube size to be specified • Instruction Manual, including pressure dewpoint calculator with moisture unit conversions. • Inlet pressure 5 to 10 barg All Model MG10 Moisture Generators are supplied factory calibrated and comes with a Certificate of Test and Calibration and a
