Calibration Services Laboratory & On-Site alpha moisture systems Alpha House, 96 City Road Bradford, BD8 8ES England Laboratory Calibration The accuracy of all new Dewpoint Meters and Hygrometers, manufactured and supplied by Alpha Moisture Systems, is veriﬁed against our standard reference hygrometers in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures. Our fully equipped advanced laboratory is capable of calibrations encompassing a range from -110°C to +20°C dewpoint, with the range -90°C to +20°C dewpoint directly traceable to Humidity Standards at the National Physical Laboratory. In order to maintain accuracy of all Dewpoint Meters & Hygrometers, we recommend a periodic calibration or veriﬁcation, typically on an annual basis. A biannual frequency may be implemented in cases of critical or arduous applications. On-Site Calibration (UK Only) For mission critical applications, where loss of cover is not a feasible option, we also oﬀer an on-site calibration & verification service, which can be carried out in-situ. Service & Repairs Routine maintenance, service and repairs for all Dewpoint instrumentation can be undertaken by our specialists, who can offer diagnostics and expert advice for any Dewpoint related problem. All repair and service work is carried out to our ISO 9001:2015 accredited quality system. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: How much will it cost to re-calibrate my Dewpoint instrument? A: Our pricing is one of the most competitive in the market. Individual pricing varies with the model and type of sensor, transmitter or analyser. Please complete the attached questionnaire and return to us for a comprehensive quote. Q: How long will it take to re-calibrate my Dewpoint instrument? A: Typically, the turnaround time is between 5-7 working days. Q: What happens if your engineers diagnose a fault on my Dewpoint instrument and it requires additional work? A: All instruments received are fully inspected by our specialists prior to calibration. If a fault is found, a report of our findings will be emailed to you fully detailing the options and costs for any repairs. We will only proceed with any additional work following your approval and authorisation. Q: Where and how do I send my Dewpoint instrument for calibration?
