HIGH PERFORMANCES DRUM HEATER - HTSD The drum heaters for metal drums mod. HTSD are specifically designed for either melting or reducing the viscosity of materials such as soap, grease, resins, paints or chemicals that must be easily pumped or vacuumed. The feature that differentiates this model from the others is the high level of thermal efficiency, thermal power and durability even at very high temperatures up to 220°C. The silicone fabric on fiberglass and the special fiberglass insulation used in the construction of HTSD allows its use on metal drums in which a high temperature, a high level of thermal insulation (high efficiency) and a total coverage of the drum is required. This model is built to guarantee fast and high heating up to 220 °C. Outer fabric: Silicone on fiberglass / Insulation: Fiberglass mat. Heating element: Silicone heating cable. The HTSD drum warmer is supplied with a simple and effective fastening system with traction belts for optimal installation.
