GR ha lo scopo di raffreddare prodotti aventi pezzature maggiori di 25 gr. e su richiesta e con gli opportuni accorgimenti, anche formati fino a 5 gr. Le vasche vengono dimensionate in base alla qualita e pezzatura del prodotto da raffreddare e per tale motivo possono adempiere a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Il sistema di avanzamento e costruito in modo da consentire contemporaneamente sia l'avanzamento che la rotazione del prodotto, allo scopo di favorire il mantenimento della sua forma ed aumentare lo scambio termico....
