Important notes and information on the Klix-Coanda radiant ceiling system Scope of delivery Klix-Coanda radiant ceiling profiles with pre-cut threads on both sides. The radiant ceiling profiles are available in all RAL colours with a colour surcharge of 30% (up to a maximum of 6 m length). Planning information The radiant ceiling profiles must be accessible at all times for any maintenance work. Observe regulations for mounting objects on ceilings. Observe the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling. Observe the necessary water quality due to the use of aluminium. Installation instructions Observe the notes in the installation instructions. Klix-Coanda radiant ceiling profiles may only be installed by a specialist tradesman. Positioning and alignment Remove the packaging completely before installation. Bring the holder/shackle into position and secure it against slipping. Place the radiant ceiling profile in position and attach it to the pre-installed ceiling mounting kits. Align the radiant ceiling profile horizontally using turnbuckles. Note linear expansion due to temperature changes. Check safe installation. Connection of radiant ceiling profiles Fit screw fittings and connect radiant ceiling profiles to pipework. Vent radiant ceiling profiles during commissioning and at regular intervals. Carry out a pressure test.

Intended use Klix-Coanda radiant ceiling profiles are intended exclusively for indoor use (e.g. industrial halls, workshops, showrooms, offices, etc.). Klix-Coanda radiant ceiling profiles cannot be used in swimming pools. When used in damp rooms and outdoor areas, connections and mountings made of corrosion-resistant material must be used. Klix radiant ceiling profiles are tested for ammonia resistance and are suitable for use in stables or in livestock farming....
