AF-2049 VF-HD Series Vibratory Feeders The All-Fill VF-HD Series Vibratory Feeders are designed for the controlled feeding and weighing of free-flowing products that may become damaged or degraded when filling on traditional filling equipment. Products such as snack foods, hardware, nuts, candies, beans, cheeses and seeds can be precisely fed, weighed, and dispensed at accuracies of ±0.5 of 1%. The VF-HD consists of a large capacity, stainless steel hopper for the bulk supply of product. An electromagnetic Vibrator and Vibrating Tray moves the product to a Weigh Bucket. A loadcell attached to the Weigh Bucket determines accumulating weight. When the desired weight is attained, an actuator operates Features the Gate to dispense product through the Discharge ● “Tool-Less” disassembly of hopper, weigh bucket and funnel for ease of cleanup and changeover ● Available in single or multiple lane with up to two levels of cascading Funnel. Central to the VF-HD design is the VF700 single board controller and custom-developed touch screen Human/Machine Interface (HMI) controls.
