AF-2046 VF-ST Series Vibratory Feeder The All-Fill VF-ST Series Vibratory Feeder is designed for the controlled feeding and weighing of free-flowing products that may become damaged or degraded when filling on traditional filling equipment. Products such as snack foods, hardware, nuts, candies, beans, cheeses and seeds can be precisely fed, weighed, and dispensed at accuracies of ±0.5 of 1%. The VF-ST consists of a large capacity, stainless steel hopper for the bulk supply of product. A matched pair of electromagnetic Vibrator and Vibrating Tray transports the product to a Weigh Bucket. A loadcell attached to the Weigh Bucket determines accumulating weight. When the desired amount is attained, the Rotary Actuator operates the Gate to dispense product through the Discharge Funnel. Central to the VF-ST design is the VF700 single board controller and custom-developed touch screen Human/Machine Interface (HMI) controls. All major control parameters and settings are easily selected from a series of screens on the panel. Multiple product recipes allow setups for each container, product, or fill amount. Dedicated Test screens and selections available for individual operation of each machine component for testing, adjustment, or troubleshooting. Statistical and reporting screens instantly summarize important production details and totals directly from the production line.
