The FRIALEN Full Faced Flange EFL is designed for connecting HD-PE to other materials or valves up to PN 16. It supports bolt circles for PN 10 and PN 16, with the 225/DN 200 size available only for PN 10.
- Install without pressure.
- Follow FRIALEN Assembly Instructions for preparation, including marking insertion depth, removing oxide skin, and cleaning.
- DIN EN 1092-1 standards apply for bolt circle diameter, measurements, and number of bolts.
- Compatible with all commercial profile and flat gaskets; adhere to gasket manufacturer's bolt torque specifications.
- Recommended Gasket: Profile gaskets type G-St.
- Flange adaptor and flange form a homogeneous unit.
- Constructive configuration avoids cold flowing properties of HD-PE.
- Solid construction prevents tear-off.
