Application

The commercial unit cooler is designed for cold rooms primarily used for fresh goods storage with volumes ranging from 10 to 150 m³. It features double air flux and is engineered for easy maintenance with immediate access to inspection areas. The unit is available as an evaporator (DX or pump, compatible with refrigerants HFC, NH3, and CO2) and as a Brine unit cooler.

Standard Design

Coil

The coil is constructed from corrugated aluminum fins and copper rippled tubes with a nominal diameter of 12 mm for DX evaporators. For Brine units, smooth tubes of 12 mm diameter are used, and for NH3 units, tubes have a 16 mm diameter. The coil frame is made from aluminum sheets.

Casing

The casing is made from metal or anti-shock plastic materials, suitable for environments requiring a high degree of hygiene.

Fans

Equipped with single-phase 230V-50Hz motors, fans have an IP54 protection rating per DIN 40050 standards. Integrated thermal protection via thermo contacts ensures reliable protection against thermal overload.

The top unit cooler performance range is specified in kW according to SC2 R404A ENV 328 and Eurovent rules. Fin spacing options include TGL at 4.5 mm and TBL at 7 mm.

The unit cooler series is divided into Green Line (TGL) and Blue Line (TBL) variants, optimized for different product types and temperature ranges:

Green Line (TGL): Suitable for fruit and vegetables with room temperatures between 10°C and 0°C, featuring 4.5 mm fin spacing.
Blue Line (TBL): Designed for frozen food applications with temperatures from -18°C to -25°C, featuring 7 mm fin spacing.

Product Coding and Options

The product coding includes details such as casing material (P for plastic, M for metallic), fan motor type (S for single phase, T for three phase, 6P for 6 poles), and defrost method (A for air, E for electric, HG for hot gas).
