Blast freezer AlfaBlast Applications The blast freezer is a fan air cooler with horizontal air fl ow direction and it is used in fast-freezing units. It is ideally used for rapid freezing with effi cient capacity in a confi ned space. In the meat, poultry and fi sh industry, in the bakery sector, in the sector of milk products, for the production of ice cream, for ready-to-serve meals and in all sectors where a fast conservation of food is necessary. Design features and benefi ts AlfaBlast is designed for applications with R404A, R507A and NH3. The refrigerant charge is lower than comparable products on the market, which will have a positive effect both on your budget and the environment. To further support your budget targets, AlfaBlast offer low electricity consumption and smart solutions for easy installation and maintenance. Standard confi guration AlfaBlast in standard confi guration is equipped with casing in galvanized steel, aluminium drip tray, air static pressure of 80 Pa (500 series) and 100 Pa (630 series), static defrost system, lateral cover panels and adjustable legs in height in order to obtain a “tailor made unit” anywhere. Optional Casing in stainless steel or aluminium, special fans for high static pressure (150Pa), different defrost systems (water, electric, hot gas) and different coil protection (cataphoresis, epoxy, painting, pre-coated fi ns).
