Overview: The PL-1300EN-V series offers industrial Ethernet connectors designed for use in harsh environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential applications. These connectors feature Pulse-Lok® and Quick-Lok mating actions, providing easy use and positive mating feedback to confirm continuity.

Performance and Design: Engineered for harsh environments, the connectors are environmentally sealed to IP-67 standards, resistant to mechanical stress, and optionally shielded against EMI/RFI. The modular design accommodates various standard RJ-45 components and cable types, with assemblies available in standard and custom lengths.

Environmental Specifications: The connectors operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C, are moisture resistant to IP-65 and IP-67, UV resistant, and chemically resistant to most solvents. They meet flammability standard UL94-V0.

Electrical Specifications: The connectors support RJ-45 connection categories 3, 5, 5e, and 6, with optional EMI/RFI shielding. They have a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,000VAC and an insulation resistance of 500 milliohms.

Mechanical Specifications: The connectors have a typical mating life of 750 cycles, with retention forces of 50 lbs. minimum for mated connectors and cable to connector, and 100 lbs. minimum for backshell to connector. They comply with shock and vibration standards per EIA 364-27.

Material and Packaging: Connector housings are made of PBT, with strain reliefs and couplers made of Valox (PBT). Available in multiple colors, they can be packaged individually or in bulk.

Contact Configurations: Standard contact configurations include 8 poles, supporting wire gauges 24/26, with an operating voltage of 150VAC and current of 1.5A at 25°C.
