Description: The GAIA III VT is a labelling machine designed for applying body labels on cylindrical or conical bottles with diameters ranging from 55 mm to 115 mm. It features an asymmetrical capping movement with centralized crimping height adjustment and cap dispensing. The machine includes independent application heads with mechanical tilt adjustment and a fibre optic label stop with automatic label outlet adjustment. It also has an automatic bottle counter and decounter, interchangeable buckets for various cap types, and a touch screen for label phasing adjustment, allowing settings to be memorized for different bottle and label types.
