Overview
The vertical dock leveller is designed for loading docks requiring strict temperature control and cleanliness. It works with components like inflatable shelters and sectional doors to provide up to 98% protection. When not in use, it stores vertically, allowing complete closure of the sectional door to prevent temperature leaks, enhancing efficiency and reducing energy loss and greenhouse gas emissions.

Technical Description
The platform is made from 5/7 diamond plate, with a fixed lip of 13/15 diamond plate. It features full rustproofing and is powder-sprayed with polymerised paint. The hydraulic motor unit has a 1.1 Kw (1.5 CV) engine, with a self-levelling system and a non-return valve to prevent abrupt falls. It operates in temperatures from -30ºC to 50ºC and includes a water-resistant IP55 control panel with an emergency stop button.

Safety Specifications
The leveller includes a non-return valve to prevent platform falls, high-visibility side baseboards, position sensors, a safety side socket, and a safety pole for maintenance. It also has a STOP button for emergencies.

Application
The leveller is positioned vertically to keep the door closed. The HGV doors can remain closed, and the driver stays in the cabin. The dock operator opens the vehicle doors from inside and lowers the leveller to the ideal position for loading and unloading.
