Overview
Alapont Logistics Solutions offers high-speed stacking doors designed for both indoor and outdoor use. These doors are resistant to abrasion, discoloration, and wind loads, certified with Class 2 and Class 3 ratings, and have a Type M2 fire-retardant certificate. They enhance the flow of traffic and reduce temperature loss while ensuring safety with sensors and photocells.

Materials and Components
The doors feature a polyester fabric canvas with PVC coating, weighing 900 gr/m2, and include two lines of peepholes. They are constructed with galvanized steel and lacquered in RAL 7011, equipped with side seals. The doors operate with a three-phase motor featuring a parachute system and encoder limit switches, achieving an opening speed of 1 m/s. The control panel is programmable with an IP65 protection rating.

Safety and Options
Safety elements include a lower anti-crush safety band and a motor with a parachute system. The doors comply with European Norm EN 13241-1. Various options are available, such as automation, metal motor covers, different window settings, emergency SAI systems, and custom corporate tarpaulin designs.

Functioning and Measurements
The door structure is self-supporting, made of galvanized steel, and operates with a motor-driven shaft. The maximum width and height for installation are 6000 mm, with additional space requirements for mounting.
