Bending Machines High Power for Heavy-Duty Works

Bending Machines Akyapak manufactures 4 rolls hydraulic plate bending machines with capacity in thickness from 14 ga. to 8” and in width from 20” to 40ft. Frames of our machines are made of welded steel. Roll shafts and bearings are of high quality and robust in terms of bending moment. The upper and lower rolls are independently driven by hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox on 4-roll Plate Bending Machines. Side rolls are idler.

Since the swing guides are designed according to the lever arm principle, the machines provide more power to bend materials, pre-bending becomes perfect and flat ends are reduced to minimum. Top roll tilts up when drop end is opened downwards for ease of part ejection.
