The three rolls on AHV models move independently. The required geometric positions for a wide range of workpieces is ensured thanks to vertical movement of the top roll and independent horizontal movements of the side rolls. The more accurate rolling can be performed for remaining less flat ends by positioning rolls asymmetrical, while the rolls can be positioned symmetrical for rolling at maximum thickness. Akyapak manufactures 3 rolls hydraulic plate bending machines with capacity in thickness from 2 mm to 200 mm and in width from 500 mm to 12000 mm. Frames of our machines are made of welded steel (St-52). Roll shafts and bearings are of high quality and robust in terms of bending moment. All 3 rolls are independently driven by hydraulic motors and gearboxes on 3 rolls plate bending machines whose top roll diameter is 230 mm or larger.
